Shopping online at Hermosa is very easy:

  • Once you have found an item, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
  • You can see your shopping cart, if you want to purchase another item with it so click on’ CONTINUE SHOPPING’ button and if you are done then click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button
  • Then you will be asked to register if you are a new customer, once you register your account you will be directed to the payment options window.

Hermosa offers worldwide shipping services

We offer free delivery all over Pakistan. Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date you place your order. International shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Shipping to most regions internationally charged is Rs. 3000 for the 1st piece & Rs. 1,000 for each additional piece. Certain regions may have higher charges e.g. Australia, South America etc.

You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Hermosa because we offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders can be charged according to location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
You will receive two emails essentially in the order process. First one on placing the order and second one when your shipment is dispatched. Order ID is your unique order number which is given to you in the Sales Order Summary on placing your order. Tracking ID is sent to you when the order is dispatched.

P.S. Keep in mind, to track your order and its delivery status, you will use your Tracking ID to log on to TCS website, not the Order ID.
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for your order, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, contact number and area code are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
